När man inte lyssnar på kroppen (som skriker TRÖTT) utan väljer sitt ego. Hybris under box-jump idag, som blev en box-fail. Försökte vara cool, det gjorde inte så ont förklarade jag till en tjej som undrade hur det gick (känslan när man måste trycka tillbaka
klumpen i halsen). Men nu vet jag det till nästa gång och inte hoppa när bena inte orkar hela hoppet😂
When you don’t listen to your body (that is jellying tiered) and continue listen to your ego instead. So, during box jumping today = box fail. I tried to be cool about it, it did not hurt that much I explained to a girl that asked me if I was hurt (that
feeling when you have to push back the tears). Well now I know not to jump when my legs can’t go through the whole jump.
